Just back home not long ago,another restless day at Dome.Business from tea time to night has been really slow. So it gets so boring. So we increased the no. of time we do 'spring cleaning' Used to do it only bout once a week or less.But now we can do it almost every evening without disrupting any customer[cos' thr aren't many] @ our own pace. I wonder if it's a Good/Bad news :/
Anyw,today aft work,which was bout 11+pm, my cute&adorable manager treated us to the supersuperyummy durians@Dempsey Hill:D so all of us kept our mouths shut& sat at an isolated corner throughout the bus ride home :x Oh the otherday,another manager of mine treated us to a 24-hr prata shop and they serve many kinds of unique pratas.Anyone interested[or feeling hungry in the middle of the night] can check out the food there. Mr Prata-Opp. Singapore Botanic Gardens
Okay this is the part that I mustmustmust blog about today. Remember we used to have this buddy system during primary school? For mine,it was the Pri5s taking care of the newbies Pri1s.So I had this lovely girl called Yiling & till now i can still rmb wht was she like.The typical quietquietshyshy kind of girl& she hardly talked much unless i keep the conversation going with loads of stupid qns. But overall, She's a really sweet girl :) & before i graduated from primary school, she came looking for me & gave me a photo frame with a cross-stitch of an apple inside. I was supersuper touched can?! She was only a Primary two kid & she actually made this supernicething for me! WELL UNTIL NOW I STILL BELIEVE THT SHE DID IT ON HER OWN[maybe some help here & thr but 99% her effort ] okay so back to the story. i was so frkg touched & i wished i cld hug her tightly & say thankyou la! I only 'took care ' of her for like 2 months? so i thought she would have forgetten me by thn,but she didnt.HOWEVER, despite being supersuper touched. I still act cool & just returned with a 'thankyou'& a smile.[act senior] but i went home tht day & admired the cross stitch like crazy lol.
Here's the main thing tht i wanna say- Today when i was taking a bus at my neighbourhood, I stopped by a banner with words "TOP PSLE SCORERS OF OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD" As you've guessed it, I saw KEE YI LING. wsey, i was super gan dong la! I dno why i'm gandong though,not liek as if i topped the school or smth. But seeing tht familiar name,doing so well now, I just can't help but feel happy for her :D JIAYOU!
